ACROBATICS & AERIAL SILKS

Our acrobatic & aerial classes involve learning various tricks and skills that make use of gymnastic, contortion, and tumbling elements. This trains our students in agility, balance, flexibility, and power. Acrobatics and Aerial is also used in dance where various movements are incorporated into all forms of dance, adding strength, power and impressive dynamics to the choreography, whether it be for group or solo routines.

Our Acrobatic classes are taught by qualified and experienced instructors. Our lead acrobatic teacher is our director, Jordyn Evans, a Level 5 Women’s State Champion, who has competed at a high level all over NSW. She was trained in acrobatics by Tracie-Marie Seipel, a renowned industry coach.

Our Acrobatic classes are categorised into age groups to ensure that each student receives the right level of training, support and coaching that is needed to achieve optimum results. We have classes for beginner right through to highly advanced levels.

We offer Aerial acrobatics in Silks and Lyra training, this develops high levels of strength and agility, with a strong sense of coordination, flexibility, grace and agility.
