Passion is an unspoken gift that we as humans are given and it’s up to us to help grow and nurture it. In our case, it’s dance.

Legacy Dance Academy is committed to the integrity of learning, loving and teaching the art of dance. We offer a personalised approach and ensure that our students are guided through their development, utilising discipline and hard work, maximising enjoyment to reach their goals.

We are the teachers, choreographers, trainers, coaches and friends entrusted with the care of your child. We do not take our responsibility lightly. Dance will teach children vital life skills – commitment, hard work, discipline, motivation and cooperation. Most importantly: teamwork and learning how to work with others. We will support your child to be the best they can be - physically, mentally and emotionally. We encourage individuality, creativity, growth, positivity, expression and dedication.

We are very proud that many former students have gone on to forge Professional careers as Dancers both here and overseas, and we foster and encourage any opportunities that will assist our dancers on their journey. We provide different pathways for vocational training and dance for pleasure through Graded examinations, Vocational Examinations, recreational classes and private lessons for those wanting to take their talent to the next level.

We believe that Dance should be accessible for everyone. We recognise that students have different reasons for learning to dance, which is why we are inclusive in all aspects, catering for all ages, abilities, genders, race and religions. No matter where you come from, and how you found us, once you are a part of the Legacy Family, you are welcomed forever. For students with special needs or disabilities, our support and guidance will assist them to achieve and succeed at their own unique level.
